Suppressing gas defects with the insulating effect of aggregates! Measures against seizing failures.
We handle "MF Coat H," which is primarily composed of special mica and natural graphite, and is effective in preventing burn-on, gas defects, and improving casting surfaces. It features no repulsion from the release agent, particularly has minimal sedimentation, and produces little dripping. Additionally, the insulating effect of the aggregate suppresses gas defects from the mold.
